Are the items listed on QsThemes reviewed?
Yes. All of the items listed for sale go through an extensive review process by our team. This ensures the highest quality standards for our buyers.
What methods of payments are supported?
You can purchase the items on QsThemes via your PayPal account. We don’t support other payment gateway, cryptocurrencies or invoicing at this time.
Do you accept refund?
We accept refunds if a purchased item is not as described or is faulty. To submit a refund request, please contact support and specify exactly what is wrong with the product. If the product is faulty or not as described, we will issue a refund. For more information please read our Terms & Conditions for refund policy.
Why did one of the items in my downloads disappear?
Items sellers retain the right to remove their items from QsThemes marketplace at any point in time. When this occurs, these items will no longer be made available for download. Always make sure to download your purchased items right away.
How and when do i get paid?
Payouts are sent to the PayPal email address listed in your account details through PayPal only, so be sure to add your PayPal account. Indian sellers will get their payout to their bank account by NEFT. The payout will be sent on 7th of each month.
What is my earning potential?
You can earn between 65%-80% per sale depending on your total sales volume. Please visit our payment rates for more info.
Will you penalize me for my selling items on other marketplaces?
Its depend on your selling options:
If you are selling exclusive then you are not allowed to sell the item anywhere except our website, We do reserve the right to take a look around the market to verify this and if we found that you are selling the exclusive item on another place, we have reserve the rights to take the action. We can remove the item from our website and your payouts will be released only after inspection of previous sales.
if you are selling non-exclusive then you are free to sell anywhere.
Are sellers required to offer follow-up support to buyers?
Sellers are not required to offer additional support to buyers unless there is a technical flaw with the item. Having said that, offering additional support to buyers is a great way to maintain a positive relationship with your customers.
